That's how I feel about financial literacy. As a formerly homeless veteran, it has become a mission for me to tell people the truth, even if it's uncomfortable. Sometimes it's difficult to get the message out there. It's unfortunate to have to rely on the same tactics as the misinformation out there, but sometimes what's necessary isn't comfortable for us either.
